The UP College of Mass Communication paid tribute to Prof. Chit Estella Simbulan who died in a vehicular accident in Quezon City on Friday May 20, 2011. Family, colleagues, and students shared their fond memories of Estella known to many as “Ma’am Chit.”


This is the first ‘hard news’ report I ever filed for ANC. I know Ma’am will cringe at my impromptu standupper because of the grammar, but I hope I did justice to her story.
